Our returns policy provides assurance that Lani the Carni is committed to customer satisfaction. We want you to order with confidence, knowing that if there is a problem with your order we are here to help!
- Customers who receive a product/s with manufacturing faults or that is damaged: simply return the item to us within 10 days, in its original packaging and condition - unworn, unused and unwashed and we'll issue a full refund.
- Customers who ordered a product that is sold out or unavailable: where exchanges are not possible or desired, the customer will be entitled a full refund.
- Customers who received an incorrect product are entitled to a full refund.
- No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered on sale items, seconds or change of mind.
Refunds will only be processed using the original tender type. Credit card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase) and PayPal returns can only be processed against the same account that was used to make payment.
If you are returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Lani the Carni will reimburse you for the packaging and postage costs upon being provided with a copy of the postage receipt.
We recommend using registered mail and Lani the Carni is not liable in the event of lost returns in the mail.
